A little gem of a holiday cottage, with a wonderful welcome from Dave, Caroline & Lydia. The cottage is comfortable and very well equipped. We especially enjoyed the log burner, which was very welcome during the cooler evenings. It's a great central base to explore beautiful Cornwall from and we will definitely be back

We have just had 5 nights in this great little cottage of Dave and Caroline’s and what a delight it was. It’s well furnished and warm we didn’t need the wood burner as the electric heaters took the chill off. We found it ideally situated to explore the Cornish coasts as nothing is more than an hours drive away. We found the co op and Chinese take away in the local town handy and close by. Would absolutely recommend the cottage and hopefully will be back next year.

Lovely little cottage in a nice quiet area in the middle of Cornwall. Dave and Caroline are very welcoming owners who are always at hand. Lovely places to visit nearby, many of them dog friendly. St Just in Roseland is peaceful, Truro nearby with very impressive cathedral, and plenty of beaches. The weather wasn't the best, but still did everything we wanted to.
